. its best to believe in any religion (monolithic / divine) openly and practice it ? its good not to believe in any religion; openly and declare it ? its worst to carry a tag of religion and do not believe or do not practice it completely or carry secret beliefs to display differently ? its worst to call any religion evil, it doesn't over rule to express any universal evil (which is accepted or may be proved) in any believer of any religion at an appropriate forum ? its good to accept any universal good (which is accepted or may be proved) expressed by any religion believer or even non-believer of any religion ? And the war remains between evil and good ?. . . Types of Hypocrisy

In the name of Allah

اللہ (THE GOD),
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

1. Out look unlike their Beliefs
2. Out look same as Belief
3. Out look unlike their Beliefs what they declare (according to standard beliefs, most dangerous for every one)
4. Out look same as Beliefs but believe unlike what they declare (dangerous for the believers of same belief)
5. Out look same as Beliefs but ready to die for any physical objective
6. Out look unlike their Beliefs but never ready to die for any cause
7. Strong beliefs with display same as beliefs (but work under cover do not come face to face - most dangerous)

Booty (مال غنیمت)

In the name of Allah
 (
اللہ (THE GOD,
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The terms and conditions may not be exactly applicable on booty as the time of Prophet PBUH, till the time a regular true Islamic wefare state [Revival of Prophetic () Khilafah/{احیائے خلافت علیٰ منھاج النبوۃ ﷺ}/Amarat/Imamat] is not established till that time the booty (movable)  must be given to the entity  on whose behalf it is received or for whom given or intercepted, the entity (or receiver or interceptor may give with consent/clear knowledge of the individual), one part to the deserving of the organisation (leader or ameer) working for the purpose (Jihad fi sabeel Allah) and one part would be kept by the entity for giving away to deserving circle of people around (remaining four relatives/friends, orphans, the needy, the wayfare). Unmounted gets single & mouted participant/member gets double.

Most people at highest level understanding  fight & cause disunity on the bases of booty in the society, a source of major conflicts, as the enemies (satanist causing mischives on both sides)  inform the other part about the particulars by their own means, and the purpose for which obtained, whether belong to (racial sects،sacred breed/family sects، blind devotion sects، blind isolated/splinter struggle (Jihad) sects، uniformed/martial or secret sects، victorian sects، sacred personality sect, empty spiritualism sects/scientific sects, states sects), whether the booty is out come of war; spiritual (against satanic forces), mental (against satanic forces) and physical (against satanic forces).

This doesn't include resources made or gained or earned by lie, corruption, hippocratic, double game & deceit to even non-Muslims, running haram/illegal proxy business at the name of others, without their consent & knowledge & earning secretly & enjoying on others name, but lawful, declared & open gains.

At times satanically inspired (racial sects،sacred breed/family sects، blind devotion sects، blind isolated/splinter struggle (Jihad) sects، uniformed/martial or secret sects، victorian sects، sacred personality sect, empty spiritualism sects/scientific sects, states sects) in skin of Muslims proxify resources at the name of individuals, without their knowledge & consent, showing a different picture (torchered one as blessed & rich) on proxy to the other end (financiers, sympathizers etc, whether Muslim or Non Muslim) , keeping them torchered by illiterates & subliminal criminal for their own objectives, displaying it to be nationalistic or statistic ideology & negating & overlooking the displayed or adopted or declared ideology for apparent & worldly temporary gains, get in govt/state tentacles as parasites get contracts on others name on others behalf for their personal objectives & gains, use people as slave, even do not pay them instead please their satanic masters for their objectives & gains, in people's personal account in the name of aid. Even if they offer or get job done, the same psychology is behind, use id & relevant details/documents of people. (immovable remains the collective property respectively of the concerned with respect to level & use)

At times satanically inspired (racial sects،sacred breed/family sects، blind devotion sects، blind isolated/splinter struggle (Jihad) sects، martial/uniformed or secret sects، victorian sects، sacred personality sect, empty spiritualism sects/scientific sects, states sects) in skin of Muslims, at times some negligible part of booty bestowed to individual (doing effort) by placing the tag of the institution/organization/state/govt instead of deserved and desired blessing of the God (Allah) to individual.

Equality or Equity (Women)

In the name of Allahاللہ (THE GOD),
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Equality or Equity (Women)
Slave women started fighting for their rights in 17th century till to date on going, free women got their rights 1400yrs ago and still enjoying but apparently may seem slavery to the genuine slaves, slaves of real desires of satanic men.

Is it equality and does the principle of equality required every where?

A weight 40 kg is required to be lifted.
There are two men, one aged 18 years and other 60 years.
Both should carry 20 kg each?
or
One aged 18 years should carry 30kg and other 60 years should carry 10 kg ? does it require equality or fairness ?

Men and women are not equal physically, they can never be equal, (might be some bi sexual cases), both have different emotional psychology, both have different hormonal changes, both constitute one unit, independently or in isolation they are no good a human, both have to realise each capacity and then combine to get another capacity.

There is no one in this universe which if free of gender discrimination except the one who created them both, Who is above the gender association THE GOD (ALLAH), only those instructions and laws are fair which have been laid down, the problem is understanding, special lack of understanding by slaves, rigid minded individuals, fundamentalists, extremists, perverted nature individuals, illiterate.

Verily, the Muslims (those who submit to Allah in Islam) men and women, the believers men and women (who believe in Islamic Monotheism), the men and the women who are obedient (to Allah), the men and women who are truthful (in their speech and deeds), the men and the women who are patient (in performing all the duties which Allah has ordered and in abstaining from all that Allah has forbidden), the men and the women who are humble (before their Lord - Allah), the men and the women who give Sadaqat (i.e. Zakat, and alms), the men and the women who observe Saum (fast) (the obligatory fasting during the month of Ramadan, and the optional Nawafil fasting), the men and the women who guard their chastity (from illegal sexual acts) and the men and the women who remember Allah much with their hearts and tongues Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward (i.e. Paradise).
(
سورة الأحزاب , Al-Ahzab, Chapter #33, Verse #35)

O you who believe! You are forbidden to inherit women against their will; and you should not treat them with harshness, that you may take away part of the Mahr you have given them, unless they commit open illegal sexual intercourse; and live with them honorably. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allah brings through it a great deal of good.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #19)

And marry not women whom your fathers married, except what has already passed; indeed it was shameful and most hateful, and an evil way.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #22)

Allah commands you as regards your children's (inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females; if (there are) only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is a half. For parents, a sixth share of inheritance to each if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased left brothers (or sisters), the mother has a sixth. (The distribution in all cases is) after the payment of legacies he may have bequeathed or debts. You know not which of them, whether your parents or your children, are nearest to you in benefit; (these fixed shares) are ordained by Allah. And Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #11)

In that which your wives leave, your share is a half if they have no child; but if they leave a child, you get a fourth of that which they leave after payment of legacies that they may have bequeathed or debts. In that which you leave, their (your wives) share is a fourth if you leave no child; but if you leave a child, they get an eighth of that which you leave after payment of legacies that you may have bequeathed or debts. If the man or woman whose inheritance is in question has left neither ascendants nor descendants, but has left a brother or a sister, each one of the two gets a sixth; but if more than two, they share in a third, after payment of legacies he (or she) may have bequeathed or debts, so that no loss is caused (to anyone). This is a Commandment from Allah; and Allah is Ever All-Knowing, Most-Forbearing.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #12)

There is a share for men and a share for women from what is left by parents and those nearest related, whether the property be small or large - a legal share.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #7)

They ask you concerning menstruation. Say: that is an Adha (a harmful thing for a husband to have a sexual intercourse with his wife while she is having her menses), therefore keep away from women during menses and go not unto them till they are purified (from menses and have taken a bath). And when they have purified themselves, then go in unto them as Allah has ordained for you (go in unto them in any manner as long as it is in their vagina). Truly, Allah loves those who turn unto Him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves (by taking a bath and cleaning and washing thoroughly their private parts, bodies, for their prayers).
(
سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #222)

And divorced women shall wait (as regards their marriage) for three menstrual periods, and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs, if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have the better right to take them back in that period, if they wish for reconciliation. And they (women) have rights (over their husbands as regards living expenses) similar (to those of their husbands) over them (as regards obedience and respect) to what is reasonable, but men have a degree (of responsibility) over them. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.
(
سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #228)

And when you have divorced women and they have fulfilled the term of their prescribed period, either take them back on reasonable basis or set them free on reasonable basis. But do not take them back to hurt them, and whoever does that, then he has wronged himself. And treat not the Verses (Laws) of Allah as a jest, but remember Allah's Favours on you (i.e. Islam), and that which He has sent down to you of the Book (i.e. the Qur'an) and Al-Hikmah (the Prophet's Sunnah - legal ways - Islamic jurisprudence.) whereby He instructs you. And fear Allah, and know that Allah is All-Aware of everything.
(
سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #231)

And when you have divorced women and they have fulfilled the term of their prescribed period, do not prevent them from marrying their (former) husbands, if they mutually agree on reasonable basis. This (instruction) is an admonition for him among you who believes in Allah and the Last Day. That is more virtuous and purer for you. Allah knows and you know not.
(
سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #232)

There is no sin on you, if you divorce women while yet you have not touched (had sexual relation with) them, nor appointed unto them their Mahr (bridal-money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage). But bestow on them (a suitable gift), the rich according to his means, and the poor according to his means, a gift of reasonable amount is a duty on the doers of good.
(
سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #236)

And if you divorce them before you have touched (had a sexual relation with) them, and you have appointed unto them the Mahr (bridal-money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage), then pay half of that (Mahr), unless they (the women) agree to forego it, or he (the husband), in whose hands is the marriage tie, agrees to forego and give her full appointed Mahr. And to forego and give (her the full Mahr) is nearer to At-Taqwa (piety, righteousness). And do not forget liberality between yourselves. Truly, Allah is All-Seer of what you do.
(
سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #237)

And for divorced women, maintenance (should be provided) on reasonable (scale). This is a duty on Al-Muttaqun (the pious - See V.2:2).
(
سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #241)

And (remember) when the angels said: "O Maryam (Mary)! Verily, Allah has chosen you, purified you (from polytheism and disbelief), and chosen you above the women of the 'Alamin (mankind and jinn) (of her lifetime)."
(
سورة آل عمران , Aal-e-Imran, Chapter #3, Verse #42)

Then whoever disputes with you concerning him ['Îsa (Jesus)] after (all this) knowledge that has come to you [i.e. 'Îsa (Jesus) being a slave of Allah, and having no share in Divinity], say: (O Muhammad
صلى الله عليه وسلم) "Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves - then we pray and invoke (sincerely) the Curse of Allah upon those who lie."
(
سورة آل عمران , Aal-e-Imran, Chapter #3, Verse #61)

And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan-girls then marry (other) womenof your choice, two or three, or four; but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or (the slaves) that your right hands possess. That is nearer to prevent you from doing injustice.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #3)

And give to the women (whom you marry) their Mahr (obligatory bridal-money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage) with a good heart; but if they, of their own good pleasure, remit any part of it to you, take it, and enjoy it without fear of any harm (as Allah has made it lawful).
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #4)

There is a share for men and a share for women from what is left by parents and those nearest related, whether the property be small or large - a legal share.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #7)

And those of your women who commit illegal sexual intercourse, take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them (i.e. women) to houses until death comes to them or Allah ordains for them some (other) way.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #15)

Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those (slaves) whom your right hands possess. Thus has Allah ordained for you. All others are lawful, provided you seek (them in marriage) with Mahr (bridal-money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage) from your property, desiring chastity, not committing illegal sexual intercourse, so with those of whom you have enjoyed sexual relations, give them their Mahr as prescribed; but if after a Mahr is prescribed, you agree mutually (to give more), there is no sin on you. Surely, Allah is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #24)

And whoever of you have not the means wherewith to wed free, believing women, they may wed believing girls from among those (slaves) whom your right hands possess, and Allah has full knowledge about your Faith; you are one from another. Wed them with the permission of their own folk (guardians, Auliya' or masters) and give them their Mahr according to what is reasonable; they (the above said captive and slave-girls) should be chaste, not committing illegal sex, nor taking boy-friends. And after they have been taken in wedlock, if they commit illegal sexual intercourse, their punishment is half that for free (unmarried) women. This is for him among you who is afraid of being harmed in his religion or in his body; but it is better for you that you practise self-restraint, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #25)

And wish not for the things in which Allah has made some of you to excel others. For men there is reward for what they have earned, (and likewise) for women there is reward for what they have earned, and ask Allah of His Bounty. Surely, Allah is Ever All-Knower of everything.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #32)

Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allah and to their husbands), and guard in the husband's absence what Allah orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband's property). As to those women on whose part you see ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allah is Ever Most High, Most Great.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #34)

And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allah, and for those weak, ill-treated and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from You one who will protect, and raise for us from You one who will help."
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #75)

They ask your legal instruction concerning women, say: Allah instructs you about them, and about what is recited unto you in the Book concerning the orphan girls whom you give not the prescribed portions (as regards Mahr and inheritance) and yet whom you desire to marry, and (concerning) the children who are weak and oppressed, and that you stand firm for justice to orphans. And whatever good you do, Allah is Ever All-Aware of it.
(
سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #127)

And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, head-cover, apron, etc.), and to draw their veils all over Juyubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms) and not to reveal their adornment except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husband's fathers, or their sons, or their husband's sons, or their brothers or their brother's sons, or their sister's sons, or their (Muslim) women (i.e. their sisters in Islam), or the (female) slaves whom their right hands possess, or old male servants who lack vigour, or small children who have no sense of feminine sex. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And all of you beg Allah to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful.
(
سورة النور , An-Noor, Chapter #24, Verse #31)

And let those who find not the financial means for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allah enriches them of His Bounty. And such of your slaves as seek a writing (of emancipation), give them such writing, if you find that there is good and honesty in them. And give them something (yourselves) out of the wealth of Allah which He has bestowed upon you. And force not your maids to prostitution, if they desire chastity, in order that you may make a gain in the (perishable) goods of this worldly life. But if anyone compels them (to prostitution), then after such compulsion, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to those women, i.e. He will forgive them because they have been forced to do this evil act unwillingly).
(
سورة النور , An-Noor, Chapter #24, Verse #33)

O you who believe! Let not a group scoff at another group, it may be that the latter are better than the former. Nor let (some) women scoff at other women, it may be that the latter are better than the former. Nor defame one another, nor insult one another by nicknames. How bad is it to insult one's brother after having Faith [i.e. to call your Muslim brother (a faithful believer) as: "O sinner", or "O wicked"]. And whosoever does not repent, then such are indeed Zalimun (wrong-doers, etc.).
(
سورة الحجرات , Al-Hujraat, Chapter #49, Verse #11)

O you who believe! When believing women come to you as emigrants, examine them; Allah knows best as to their Faith, then if you ascertain that they are true believers send them not back to the disbelievers. They are not lawful (wives) for the disbelievers nor are the disbelievers lawful (husbands) for them. But give them (the disbelievers) that (amount of money) which they have spent [as their Mahr] to them. And there will be no sin on you to marry them if you have paid their Mahr to them. Likewise hold not the disbelievingwomen as wives, and ask for (the return of) that which you have spent (as Mahr ) and let them (the disbelievers) ask back for that which they have spent. That is the Judgement of Allah, He judges between you. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
(
سورة الممتحنة , Al-Mumtahana, Chapter #60, Verse #10)

O Prophet (
صلى الله عليه وسلم)! When you divorce women, divorce them at their 'Iddah (prescribed periods) and count (accurately) their 'Iddah (periods ). And fear Allah your Lord (O Muslims). And turn them not out of their (husband's) homes nor shall they (themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open illegal sexual intercourse. And those are the set limits of Allah. And whosoever transgresses the set limits of Allah, then indeed he has wronged himself. You (the one who divorces his wife) know not it may be that Allah will afterward bring some new thing to pass (i.e. to return her back to you if that was the first or second divorce).
(
سورة الطلاق , At-Talaq, Chapter #65, Verse #1)

And those of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the 'Iddah (prescribed period), if you have doubt (about their periods), is three months; and for those who have no courses [(i.e. they are still immature) their 'Iddah (prescribed period) is three months likewise, except in case of death] . And for those who are pregnant (whether they are divorced or their husbands are dead), their 'Iddah (prescribed period) is until they lay down their burden; and whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make his matter easy for him.
(
سورة الطلاق , At-Talaq, Chapter #65, Verse #4)

Lodge them (the divorced women) where you dwell, according to your means, and do not harm them so as to straiten them (that they be obliged to leave your house). And if they are pregnant, then spend on them till they lay down their burden. Then if they give suck to the children for you, give them their due payment, and let each of you accept the advice of the other in a just way. But if you make difficulties for one another, then some other woman may give suck for him (the father of the child).
