the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Every single human have a share in all naturally occurring resources, however after deducting survey, exploration, extraction, transportation, processing, marketing and sale charges. No union or united or a un globalized state have single lawful right on them, however there may be a regulatory authority which might look after the shares of charges, running cost and profit and its distribution. This does not include the properties or shares earned by personal resources. An incentive/share can be offered to individuals working for a particular resource and for settled local people in the geographical vicinity .
