. its best to believe in any religion (monolithic / divine) openly and practice it ? its good not to believe in any religion; openly and declare it ? its worst to carry a tag of religion and do not believe or do not practice it completely or carry secret beliefs to display differently ? its worst to call any religion evil, it doesn't over rule to express any universal evil (which is accepted or may be proved) in any believer of any religion at an appropriate forum ? its good to accept any universal good (which is accepted or may be proved) expressed by any religion believer or even non-believer of any religion ? And the war remains between evil and good ?. . . Favourite Dress (Women)

In the name of Allah
اللہ (THE GOD),
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Women’s Dress (Mature and sensible)

Most suitable and most respected dress for a woman; Any of the following dress with out look display of a women :-
1. Nothing Exposed (no part of Body Exposed, Sober Colour; repellent, Considerably Opaque); Applicable to believers only.

2. Limited Exposure (Conditional; Permissible Body Parts Exposed, Sober Colours; normal, Considerably Translucent) ; Applicable to submitters (Muslims) only.
a. Eyes Exposed only
b. Face Exposed only
c. Face/Hands and Feet Exposed only
d. Same as men's dress in women (only) gathering
e. Other specified defined body parts under extreme conditions exposed like treatment

4. Partially Exposed Applicable to non believers and non submitters only.

3. Exposure Undefined (Fashion or Limitless Exposure, any Colours; gorgeous , any Transparency Level); Applicable to all but conditional. Like with spouse.

My Choice: All Above.
Only if right dress is worn at right time, occasion and circumstances (including climate) and distinction between Mehram and non-Mehram.

Those who fight with regard to legality (fard/compulsion etc) of Hijab or Niqab or both ?
Hijab is by birth instinct of a feminine gender by nature or divinely but off-course only women with pacific nature may realize or feel or few men with pacific nature but not perverted ?
Its practice have various bounds and implications ?
A women before puberty or after menopause ?
A women unmarried between puberty and menopause ?
A women married/divorced/widowed (with or without child) between puberty and menopause ?
The extent of cover and its implication & implementation, no part of body exposed, face / hand / feet exposed, unlimited exposure ?
But in any case the exposure of face cannot be forced or legalized without sound proof or argument, if at all its cover cannot be forced, those who practice & encourage are right & lawful ? The breach causes favor to evil forces ? and its more strictly applicable to mature & unmarred female gender ?

Women interested in Hijaab must either prefer to stay in a believer/submitter environment or migrate to believer/submitter environment, to avoid unto-wards incidents in non-believer environment and suffer from their false claims of human rights.. . . there is a misconception with few women that religion (Islam, Christianity, Judaism etc) imposes extra restrictions on all women like covering head/face etc, however its choice of a women to study, learn, choose and practice a faith, but once she has selected a faith by her own choice only then she is bound to follow the restrictions which actually are in favour of her own self if at all she has some sense of understanding, for her respect/dignity/protection more over all restrictions are required to be followed by the believers, a few are required to be followed by submitters and a very few by the non-believers that too in a believer environment, in a non-believer environment there is no restriction on them (non-believers), but if she is practicing or displaying partial attitude then its hypocrisy or defaming by planted spies, once a women has chosen a faith then she should willfully and happily accept and practice it, a women may wear anything she wills but there are certain places, circumstance and categories of people, there is no restriction on sun bath, makeup, hair styling but obviously it has certain credentials so that the women may enjoy all these liberties respectfully (no-men except spouse), so there can’t be any defaming or unproductive or insulting activity by individual or organization, one should do whatever one feels like but declare it and do it at an appropriate place, circumstances and categories of people, for believers/submitters its better and appropriate not to stay in a non-believer environment rather move to believer or submitter environment which ever possible to avoid unto-wards incidents, . . . .. . the extents of hijab are limit less depending upon a relation one got with Allah SWT, a one's feeling that one should do it or one shouldn't do it, if women feels she shouldn't even step out in a portion of her own house where she might be exposed to some non-Mehram or in a condition not be revealed to even Mehram (except spouse) this might be the highest extent of hijab, but this cannot be forced but encouraged and promoted, yet there might be another extent beyond which exposure is prohibited beyond certain limit forcefully in a submitters environment not applicable to non-believers in non-believers environment (obviously believers extents are far better than this) like exposure of face, hands and feet, and this might not be taken as allowable limit; specially for unmarried, beyond menopause a woman may adopt, and exposure at time is not applicable to naked part of body but even an inappropriate dress as well which exposes that which is not to be exposed, and its applicable to non-believers in believers environment as well, in between there are limitless extents, depending upon the belief of women and the society encouraging promoting true essence of hijab . . .
. . well if a women is known not to be a believer of veil / hijjab, she has right to stay in a society of her belief in a way she feels like, what ever, she may be informed & invited about good and bads of various dress codes, rest her choice, it best not see the way they are dressed and think any thing about them, in a society of believers of veil she may be expected to be dressed appropriately even if she doesnt wear veil or believe in it, because an odd dress might make her being noticed by people as something rare or new, which may disturb her, as what happens with other women in other societies ? such thing are more pronounced in intolerant societies, whereas in tolerant societies people treat and interact as per beliefs of people, what ever ? . . .
. . . there is no second opinion; that feminine must be respected more than the other genders, and as a human being almost equal (in terms of the basic human needs), but physical experiments have proven the difference even in those issues due to differences in hormones, however no one either conscious or with understanding or with intellect would ever deny the difference to their human practical character, if a female is barely dressed but she believes in an ideology which permits her to do so she is respectful, but they must limit it to their ideological limits or boundaries to keep or maintain their honor, but it doesn't mean that another or opponent ideologies should humiliate them or be disrespectful, but an organized society must so adhere to it that it doesn't cause any disorder in the society, if a feminine believes or for that matter even claims to believe or due to inheritance or any other compulsion in an ideology which consists of Hijjab and Satar, they must be respected till the moment they meet requirements of the ideology, and respect is proportional to the adherence of these requirements, meeting the requirements might not be necessarily their own internal character nor it is a display of it as such for which they themselves are responsible or accountable, the deviation to these requirements or ideology can be displayed in various forms, such as in an unrelated (Non-Mehram) atmosphere; bright and attractive clothing covering the body, covering the body areas in such a way that clothes cover the body in a manner that it is completely or partially visible or the clothes merely reduce to just a body painting etc ? . . .
